PAYMENTS

We accept all major debit and credit cards. We accept PayPal payments.
We accept cash and card in the shoP.


SERVICE

We ship all orders VIA A TRACKED SERVICE. All delivery costs wilL be applied at checkout. Once your order is complete it will be delivereD VIA royal mail. PLEASE PROVIDE A PHONE number or email address at time of payment AS you will receive a text/email with tracking information and an estimated delivery time WITH ROYAL MAILS TRACKED SERVICE.
When free delivery codes are used - we dispatch the parcel using RoYal mail 48HR tracked or if over 2kg EVRI will be used. lOCAL DELIVERY will be available sooN WITHIN 3 MILES OF OUR WORKSHOP (MACCLESFIELD,TYTHERINTON,PRESTBURY,BOLLINGTON,RAINOW) LOCAL DELIVERY DAYS WILL CHANGE WEEK BY WEEK AND WILL BE ANNOUNCED ON OUR FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM SUNDAY EVENING.IF YOU WILL NOT BE IN AT TIME OF DELIVERY PLEASE PROVIDE A SAFE PLACE IN THE CUSTOMER NOTES AT CHECKOUT.


COLLECTIONS FROM HQ

Orders can be collected from the workshop within our opening times - Please only come to collect once you receive an email to say your order is ready. (please allow up to 5 days). Orders must be paid in full on the website and we do not offer the option to pay in-store for collection. However, we do have an open workshop & SHOP where you can come in and purchase items with cash. Items cannot be reserved. ORDERS UNCOLLECTED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE ORDER DATE WILL BE FILED AND THE STOCK WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE AGAIN - orders can still be collected after this date but the stock may not be available.


RETURNS / REFUNDS

At Scents & Sassology we go the extra mile for every customer and your experience is very important to us.
Should you wish to return your items we will accept a return or exchange, within 14 days, if the products are in original condition and packaging. Original condition is the condition it left HQ, the packaging has not been opened and the product hasn’t been used or damaged and is in a re-saleable condition.



We have an open workshop where customers can buy all of our products off the shelves. We have an in-workshop policy that all items should be checked by yourself before leaving the workshop as once they have left us we cannot offer a refund on any damages as all our products are quality checked before going in our shop area. This includes all our burners. We appreciate your co-operation.

Our order process makes it necessary to collect sensitive data from our customers. Which may include, but not limited to, your name, address, phone numbers, email address and payment details. Be confident this information will not be shared but may be used to process your order, send you newsletters or contact you regarding your order.
