PAYMENTS
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as PayPal for online orders.
In-store, you can pay by cash or card at Scents & Sassology.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF OUR SERVICE
We ship all orders via standard postal delivery, with shipping costs calculated at checkout. Once your order has been handmade and completed, it will be dispatched through Royal Mail.
During busy seasons (such as Christmas), please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed, as every item is crafted by hand with care.
Please ensurE* you provide a valid phone number or email address at checkout. Royal Mail will send you delivery updates and an estimated delivery window.
When using a free delivery code, your order will be sent using Royal Mail’s standard delivery service.
Local Delivery…
Available within 3 miles of our workshop (Macclesfield, Tytherington, Prestbury, Bollington, Rainow).
Local delivery days vary each week and will be announced every Sunday evening on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
ORDER COLLECTIONS
Orders can be collected from our workshop during our opening hours — however, please only come to collect once you’ve received your “Order Ready for Collection” email.
(Please allow up to 5 days for your order to be prepared.)
All collection orders must be paid in full online at the time of purchase. We do not offer the option to pay in-store for online collections.
We operate an open workshop/shop, where you’re welcome to come in and purchase items in person using CARD OR cash.
*Please note that items cannot be reserved.
Any orders not collected within 60 days of the order date will be filed, and the stock will be returned to general availability. You may still collect your order after 60 days, but we cannot guarantee the original items will still be available.
REFUNDS / RETURNS
At Scents & Sassology, we do not offer refunds, but we are happy to accept returns or exchanges to ensure you have the best experience with us.
If your order arrives damaged during transit, or if you accidentally ordered the wrong item, we can arrange a swap or exchange. Replacements must be of the same value as the original item, and any returned products must be in their original, unopened, unused condition and fully re-saleable.
All communication regarding returns, damages, or exchanges must be made via email.

We’re always here to help and will do everything we can to resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
We have an open in-store shopping area where customers can purchase all of our products directly from the shelves. We kindly ask that all items are checked by you before leaving the store, as we cannot offer refunds for any damages once products have left our premises.
All items, including our burners, are fully quality-checked before being placed on display, so it’s important to ensure you are happy with your products at the time of purchase.
