All orders are given a standard 3–5 working day turnaround time, as every product is handmade by us. In most cases, orders are completed sooner; however, during peak periods such as Christmas, turnaround may extend to 5–7 working days, and in very busy seasons processing may take up to 10 days.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a dispatch email when your order has been shipped.
