DELIVERY ORDERS

All orders are given a 3-5 working day turnaround time as all products are handmade by us - it is usually much shorter than this unless it is peak times eg. Christmas. Once you’ve ordered you will receive a confirmation email and a shipping email. We will only ship to the address given and will not accept responsibility for incorrect addresses.

SERVICE

We ship all orders WITH Royal Mail. All delivery costs are calculated on weight & will automatically be applied at checkout. Once your order is complete it will be delivereD VIA royal mail. WHEN FREE DELIVERY CODES ARE USED - WE DISPATCH THE PARCEL USING ROYAL MAIL STANDARD DELIVERY OR ROYALMAIL48 TRACKED IF OVER 2KG. WHEN SELECTING STANDARD DELIVERY PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ORDER WILL ONLY BE COVERED FOR A TOTAL OF £20 IF STANDARD DELIVERY OPTION IS SELECTED, WE ADVISE ANY ORDER OVER £20 SELECT TRACKED DELIVERY OPTIONS.

DAMAGES

All products are quality checked before leaving HQ and are packaged to ensure no breakages/damages occur. If on the rare occasion your product arrives damaged please contact us on the day of delivery with information on the damage and with pictures if possible, we will look into this for you and discuss the options with you to rectify this.
